| 摘 要： | 回弹是轴套成形过程中一个无法避免的问题，对于轴套的成形质量有至关重要的影响。由于回弹的复杂性，往往在实际的生产过程中难以把握。本文通过有限元模拟分析了轴套圈圆过程中的回弹以及影响回弹模拟的众多因素，为实际生产中回弹量的控制提供了有益的参考。

| Abstract: | The spring back is an inevitable question in the bush forming process, which has great influence on the forming quality of bushes. Owing to the complexity of the spring back, it is very difficult to be controlled in the actual manufacturing process. In this research, by the finite element simulation of the bimetal bush forming, the spring back and its influence factors during the bush forming were analyzed in detail, which is very helpful for controlling of the spring back in practical manufacturing process. |
