摘    要:利用Pro/E软件建立了80MN双柱斜置式快锻液压机机架的三维全接触实体模型,以ANSYS软件作为有限元分析工具,先对机架施加预应力,再施加极限工作载荷,得到主要部件应力和位移分布图,并对结果进行分析。根据分析结果,对下横梁进行了结构优化,为液压机设计提供一定参考。

Abstract:A three-dimensional solid model of 80MN double-column oblique frame for fast forging hy- draulic press has been established by use of Pro/e software. The ANSYS has been used as finite element analysis tool to enact the pre-stress and limitation of working load. The stress and displace distribution graph of main components have been obtained and the resuhs have been analyzed. According to analysis results, the structure of the lower beam has been optimized, which provides reference to the design of hydraulic press.
