| 摘 要： | 通过对异形触指锻件的成形工艺及模具结构分析，指出了该零件成形时存在的问题，提出了比较合适的毛坯形状，并用Deform-3D进行数值模拟，为类似零件的冷锻成形探索了一条行之有效的途径。
