| Abstract: | A formula for calculating the forming pressure of manufacturing integral motor commutator by one cold forging procedure has been deduced in principal stress method,and the program has been developed in C language to implement the formula.Also the formula discussed above has been checked by the data gained from electromotive experiments.So it can be used for reference in forming pressure calculating of other complicated pieces cold forming. |
