计算直梁弯曲成形回弹的最小势能原理及其有限元法

摘    要:本文运用计算直梁弯曲成形回弹的最小势能原理 ,给出了相应的有限元求解方程。用此方程编写了有限元程序 ,计算了简支梁受集中载荷后的回弹量 ,并与其它回弹计算方法的计算结果进行了比较 ,结果证明了弯曲成形直梁回弹的最小势能原理及直梁弯曲成形回弹有限元法的正确性。

Abstract:Springback principle of minimum potential energy for straight beam formed by bending was applied to calculate the springback of straight beam bending. Solving formulae of the finite element method for calculating springback of straight beam bending were established, the finite element program was compiled for calculating springback of formed beam with simply supported end, the beam was applied concentrated loads. The calculated results of the program were contrasted with the results from other methods. From the comparison of the results, it is concluded that springback principle of minimum potential energy for straight beam formed by bending and its finite element methods are right.
