摘    要:利用销-环摩擦试验机研究了干式条件下,以SiO2微粒弥散硬化的A185Ni5Y8Co2合金非晶质粉末挤压超细晶棒材的耐磨性。结果表明,随着SiO2质量分数的增加,合金的耐磨性提高。摩擦过程中,粘着磨损和生成磨屑的磨粒磨损反复作用并不断加强,其中尤以磨粒磨损显着。还利用透射电镜与电子探针X射线对磨屑形貌与成分进行了分析。

Abstract:A study has been conducted about the wearability of microcrystalline A185Ni5Y8Co2 alloy which is made from the amorphous powder dispersed and hardened by SiO 2 particles by using Savan type wear test apparatus on dry condition. The wearability of aluminum alloy increases as the SiO 2 content increases.In the process of wearing,the stick wearing and the wearing generated partictes wearing repeated themselves and become constantly reinforced. Of the two wearing processes,the latter is more obvious.In addition,the shape and composition of the wear generated powder are analyzed by the transmission electron microscope(TEM)and the X ray electron probe microanalysis(EPMA).
