铌锆管表面开裂原因分析及热处理行为的研究

摘    要:铌锆管表面SEM(EDS)表明:成品铌锆管表面存在大量的Si、O元素,在临界加工率下表面剧烈变形,最终导致后续加工严重开裂,通过对成品铌锆管的两因子-五变量温度-时间正交实验设计,结果表明:成品铌锆管在40%~62.5%加工率下1350×60 min退火下,晶粒组织较好,再结晶充分,力学性能稳定,铌锆管的表面开裂倾向较小。

Cause Analysis of Surface Cracking of Niobium Zirconium Tube and Study of Heat Treatment Behavior

Abstract:SEM(EDS)on the surface of niobium zirconium tube shows that there are a large number of Si,O elements on the surface of the finished niobium zirconium tube,and the surface deforms violently at the critical machining rate,which leads to serious cracking in the subsequent processing.Orthogonal Experimental Design of two factors-five variable temperature and time for finished Niobium Zirconium Tubes.The results show that the grain structure is good,the recrystallization is sufficient,and the mechanical property is stable at the temperature of 1350 X 60 min at the processing rate of 40%~62.5%.The surface cracking tendency of niobium zirconium tube is small.
