基于磁悬浮主轴的活塞异形销孔加工原理研究

摘    要:提出了一种加工活塞异形销孔的新方法,即利用磁悬浮主轴的可移动特性,通过控制主轴的旋转轴心沿设定的轨迹运动,同时带动镗刀作高频的径向微位移运动,能够实现非圆异形孔的加工.活塞异形销孔加工的关键是实现磁悬浮主轴的高频径向微动控制,因此采用了位置伺服精度高的一种基于重复控制补偿的电流PD控制策略.镗削试验表明:采用新控制策略所加工的活塞异形销孔,其加工精度满足要求.

Abstract:A new machining principle for noncircular piston pin-hole was presented by using the magnetic levitated spindle.Controlling the trajectory of the spindle's axis along the desired orbits,one can obtain the noncircular boring by the highfrequency and radial micromotion.In order to realize the micromotion,a kind of position servo-control method with high precision was adapted,which was a current-PD control strategy based on the repetitive control.The cutting test shows that this method is effective because the working accuracy of piston pin-hole meets the need.
