摘    要:测试分析内燃机曲轴的瞬时转速是识别内燃机做功状况和曲轴扭转振动特性的一种重要手段.内燃机在加速状况下采集到的曲轴旋转信号通常包含各种干扰信号,影响瞬时转速计算的准确性.提出了一种新的曲轴转速分析方法,设计一种中心频率随转速变化的窄带通滤波器,对曲轴旋转信号进行预处理,然后利用滤波后的信号计算曲轴的瞬时转速.基于曲轴实测旋转信号的分析结果表明:该方法修复了旋转信号中的失真部分,提高了曲轴瞬时转速的计算精度.
