生物柴油喷雾特性试验研究

摘    要:利用高速摄像装置和台架试验对生物柴油的喷雾特性进行了研究,分析了与生物柴油喷雾特性相关的参数,如喷油器针阀开启时刻、最高喷油压力、喷雾贯穿距离和喷雾锥角等.在与石化柴油对比研究后发现:在相同的试验条件下,生物柴油的喷雾贯穿距离和后期喷雾锥角均大于石化柴油,生物柴油的物性指标造成了喷雾特性上的差异.

Abstract:Spray characteristics of bio-diesel oil were studied through high-speed video camera and testbed experiments. Some parameters related with spray characteristics were analyzed, Such as the open timing of nozzle, maximal injection pressure, spray penetration and cone angle. The study shows that under the same test condition, both the spray penetration and cone angle of bio-diesel oil are greater than that of pure diesel oil. It is considered that the difference of spray characteristics between bio-diesel oil and pure diesel oil is resulted from the physical property of bio-diesel oil.
