摘    要:内燃机活塞处于复杂的受热状态:被缸内燃气的瞬时加热和冷却;活塞组与气缸套的动接触传热;冷却油腔及油束的对流换热等。确定上述各部分换热的边界条件成为活塞传热研究的重点和难点。本文采用耦合分析的方法将活塞及与其相互作用的各个部件作为一个整体进行研究,由此确定活塞各边界上的边界条件。并以110型柴油机活塞为实例,应用上述方法确定边界条件,对活塞进行三维有限元计算,计算结果同实验值良好吻合。

Abstract:The piston of IC engine works in complicated thermal conditions, transiently heated and cooled by in-cylinder gas, sliding contact heat transfer between piston groups and cylinder, thermal convection with cooling oil chamber and spray etc. How to calculate those thermal boundary conditions is the key issue for piston thermal research. In the paper, a coupled method is discussed, which treating piston and its thermal interactions as a whole and ultimately solving them together. This method is adopted to define the thermal boundary conditions, which is used in 110 type piston 3-D finite element calculation. Calculating results and measuring values are very well accordant.
