摘    要:为了改善严寒条件下矿用自卸车柴油机冷启动性能,对柴油机冷启动过程的启动力矩、阻力矩以及燃料着火进行了研究。结果发现:当环境湿度较低时,柴油机的启动力矩减少、阻力矩增大以及燃料着火困难是导致柴油机冷启动困难的主要原因。采用一些改善措施后,柴油机的冷启动性能大大改善。

Abstract:In order to improve capability of cold starting of diesel engine in mining auto-unloading vehicle in freezing zone, some research such as starting moment, resistance moment and catching fire of fuel in the course of cold starting in diesel engine of vehicle was carried out. The result revealed that the main reason why cold starting in diesel engine of vehicle was difficult was decrease of starting moment, increase of resistance moment and difficulty of catching fire of fuel when environment temperature was low. After some improving measures were introduced, capability of cold strarting in diesel engine in mining auto-unloading vehicle in freezing zone was improved greatly.
