城市边缘村落保护研究——以重庆北碚金刚碑古村落为例

在城市化进程中,村落的变迁是无法忽视的社会事实。本文以重庆北碚金刚碑古村落作为研究对象,对其历史渊源、空间村落形态以及人文特征进行调查比较,分析了当前规划以及现状,并提出针对城市边缘古村落进行保护性规划时,应考虑文物管理保护部门及当地居民参与规划、规划目标由单维向多维转变、保护资金来源以及古村落的保护规划功能确定等四个问题。

Protective Studies of Ancient Villages on Urban Fringe

The vicissitude of villages is a social fact which can not be ignored in the development of urbanization. This essay takes the ancient villages in Jin Gangbei, Beibei District, Chongqing as the object of study. Researches and comparisons are conducted about the origins, history, spatial village shape, and humanities characteristics of these ancient villages. Meanwhile, based on the present condition and planning and analyses performed, four points regarding the protective planning of ancient villages in the urban fringe are proposed as follows： Cultural Relic Management Protection Department should invite the local people to participate in the planning, the planning goal should be transformed from single-dimension to multi-dimensions, sources of fund should be guaranteed, and last, opinions about the function determination of the protective planning of the ancient villages in the urban fringe should be determined.
