| 摘 要： | 现代住宅小区是城市建设的重要组成部分,一座城市要想繁荣有序,就需要对居民小区进行科学的规划与建设。小区规划是小区建设的首要条件,它显示了整个小区的建设水平。同时住宅小区环境的优劣,也首先取决于规划方案的好坏。可见,解决好现代住宅小区的规划与设计问题的重要性不言而喻。
