以村民参与为特色的日本农村规划方法论研究

整理和归纳日本农村规划研究的发展脉络,阐明以村民参与为特色的日本农村规划方法论的特征和发展方向。从与农村规划相关的日本核心学术刊物的文章标题入手,运用文本信息发掘法,首先对1970-2004年农村规划研究的整体进展特点予以把握;然后将上述期间内的农村规划方法论分别按照非村民参与型、村民参与型、村民主体型进行整理;再立足于规划方法论的社会技术特征,阐述以村民参与为特色的农村规划体系的制约因素;最后将视野拓展到未来的规划编制发展方向,提出包含更广泛的村民参与的农村规划方法论的建议。
