美国州立公园规划探析——以北卡罗来纳州 州立公园为例

美国州立公园作为国家公园体系的重要补充，其规 划管理体系完备，兼具生态保护、游憩与环境教育功能。以美 国北卡罗来纳州州立公园为例，探究美国州立公园户外休闲规 划、战略规划、总体规划和管理规划的内容层级，评析美国州 立公园的规划特征与要点：即清晰明确的规划层次、独立的综 合管理规划、多方合作与协调、多元公众参与等，以期对完善 中国公园规划体系与规划实施管理提供借鉴。

State Park Planning in the United States: A Case Study of North Carolina State Park

: As an important supplement to national parks, state parks in the United States have their own system in terms of park planning and management, incorporating the multi-functions of leisure, entertainment and environmental education and protection. This study uses North Carolina State Park system to introduce the contents of outdoor leisure planning, strategic planning, master planning and park management planning. Then the key characteristics of State Park system in the United States, including clear and accurate planning hierarchy, independent general management planning, multi-level coordination and participation, are analyzed. Finally, policy recommendations to advance park planning system and park planning implementation and management in China are provided
