增温增湿过程中烟叶吸湿速率的变化

摘    要:为研究加工过程中烟叶的吸湿过程,利用调温调湿箱模拟烟叶增温增湿过程的工艺条件,考察了热风温湿度对烤烟B2F干基含水率及吸湿速率的影响。结果表明,在增温增湿初始阶段,提高热风温度或热风湿度均能增加烟叶的吸湿速率;随着处理时间的延长,热风温度越高,烟叶吸湿速率趋近于零所需的时间越短;当热风湿度较小时,烟叶吸湿速率出现了小于零的解湿现象。

Abstract:In order to know the hygroscopic property of tobacco leaf during processing,the effect of temperature and humidity of hot air on the moisture content and absorption rate of flue-cured tobacco,B2F,were investigated by simulating the ordering conditions in a thermohygrostatic chamber.The results indicated that the absorption rate of tobacco increased with the increase of temperature or humidity of hot air at initial stage.With the progressing of processing,higher air temperature would accelerate the absorption rate to approach zero;when the humidity of hot air was lower,the absorption rate of tobacco would go down to below zero,in that case the tobacco was dehumidified.
