| 摘 要： | 为评价烟叶间可替代性,将80类共2482个烤烟烟叶样品的总糖、总碱、总氮、纤维素、淀粉、多酚、灰份、醚提取物总量和总挥发碱等9项主要化学成分含量检测数据分成30个外部检验集和80个目标集,计算检验集样本和目标集样本间的近似T2检验值,用其与给定置信度水平下的临界值c2的比值T2/c2评价烟叶间的可替代性.结果表明:①多个烟叶样品中氯的检测值分布不符合正态分布,不适合作为T2检验的指标；②30个外部检验集与80个目标集中具有同样产地、等级和品种属性的具有较高的可替代性(T2/c2＜1),而与属性不相同的目标集的可替代性较低(T2/c2 ＞1).结论:该方法具有较高的准确性和分辨能力,可用于烟叶可替代性评价.
