| 摘 要： | 目的 以紫外定量、质谱定性 ,测定保健食品的违禁成分西地那非、西力士。方法 高效液相色谱 电喷雾质谱联用 ,色谱柱 :RP C18柱 ;流动相 :0 5 %甲酸 甲醇和 0 5 %甲酸 水梯度淋洗 ;流速 :1mL min ;检测波长 :2 92nm ;质谱扫描范围 (m z) :15 0～ 5 5 0amu。结果 西地那非和西力士在一定的质量范围内呈良好的线性 ,RSD小于 2 % ,平均回收率分别为 96 9%和 97 7%。结论 方法具有高的灵敏度、精确度和特异性 ,能对保健食品中所添加的违禁药物西地那非、西力士进行准确的定性和定量检测。

| Abstract: | A simple method employing mass spectrum for identification and photodiode array detector for determination was established for the analysis of sildenafil and cialis in health food. The separation was carried on a reverse phase C 18 column with two mobile phase system. Good linearity between peak areas and analyte concentrations was obtained with relative coefficient better than 0.999. The recoveries for sildenafil and cialis were 96.9% and 97.7% respectively. The developed method was quite sensitive,precise,and showed good reproducibility. |
