He-Ne激光对啤酒酵母的影响

摘    要:用He-Ne激光对啤酒酵母进行照射,发现照射5min时,活菌数最高,并且分解糖的能力最强,随着照射时间的延长,活菌数和分解糖的能力也随着下降.另外在计数时,发现平板上出现了大小不均一的菌落,可能有诱变株产生.

Abstract:Saccharomyces cereveseae was irradiated with He-Ne laser. Results showed that the number of active yeast cell was largest and the ability of yeast cell's degrading carbohydrate reached the best point just at five minutes irradiating point, then they were decreased with the increasing of irradiating. Also the tribes' shapes and sizes of great irradiated with He-Ne laser were different. In the case, some variation strains were obtained.
