原子荧光法测定黔产刺梨中砷的含量

摘    要:建立刺梨中砷的原子荧光分光光度含量测定方法。采用AF-640型原子荧光光度计、HAF-3型砷空心阴极灯;灯电流为80 mA,负高压270 V,原子化温度200℃,原子化器高度8 mm,载气流量700 mL/min,读数时间20 s,延迟时间5 s。该方法在浓度0.0μg/L~12.0μg/L范围内呈线性关系,R2值为0.999 6,重复性试验结果RSD=2.34%(n=6),平均回收率为102.7%,RSD=2.85%(n=7)。

Abstract:To develop a method for determination of arsenic content in Rosa roxburghii.Tools for measurement: AF-640 atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer with a HAF-3 arsenic hollow cathode lamp.Parameter settings: lamp electric current: 80 mA,negative high voltage: 270 V,atomizing temperature: 200 ℃,height of atomizer: 8 mm,carrier gas flux: 700 mL/min,reading duration: 20 s,delaytime: 5 s.There were linear relationships over the concentration range 0.0 μg/L-12.0 μg/L.The R2 value was 0.999 6.The RSD of repeatability experiment was 2.34 %(n=6).The average recovery was 102.7 %,RSD was 2.85 %(n=7).
