高效液相法测定饮料中合成着色剂预处理方法的比较

摘    要:比较透析法、聚酰胺粉吸附法和SPE固相萃取小柱法3种方法对高效液相色谱法测定饮料中柠檬黄、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红和亮蓝检测结果的影响。研究结果表明,3种方法中聚酰胺粉吸附法回收率和精确度最高,最适合定量测定饮料中合成着色剂。

Abstract:Compared the results of three methods of dialysis,polyamide powders adsorption and SPE in inspecting Lemon yellow,Amaranth,Carmine,Sunset yellow,Allura red and Brilliant.The results show that the method of polyamide powders adsorption is the most feasible which have the highest recovery rate and lowest RSD.
