响应面法分析药用植物伤力草浸提液对大肠杆菌抑制效果

摘    要:以水为浸提剂,浸提伤力草茎部组织,大肠杆菌为供试菌株,以抑菌圈直径与抑菌率作为研究指标,通过单因素试验和响应面试验分析伤力草浸提液对大肠杆菌的抑制效果。结果表明,伤力草茎部浸提液对大肠杆菌有明显抑制作用,响应面法分析结果表明,伤力草茎部的最佳提取工艺为水浴温度37 ℃,提取时间24 h,浓缩浸提液质量浓度5.0 g/mL,此条件下抑菌率是87.89%。该研究为伤力草资源的开发与利用提供理论依据。

Abstract:Using water as extract to treat stem tissues of Shangli grass, Escherichia coli as tested strains, and bacteriostatic zone diameter and bacteriostatic rate as research indexes, the inhibitory effect of extract from Shangli grass on E. coli was optimized by response surface methodology on the basis of single factor experiments. The results showed that the water extracts of Shangli grass stem exerted obvious inhibitory effect on E. coli. Response surface analysis results showed that the optimal extraction technology for the water extracts of Shangli grass stem was water bath temperature 37 ℃, extract time 24 h, and extract concentration of concentrated extract 5.0 g/ml. Under the condition, the inhibition rate was 87.89%. The research provided theoretical basis for the development and utilization of Shangli grass resources.
