| 摘 要： | 优化了香草醛硫酸法测定大豆总皂甙的显色条件，并将之应用于大豆胚芽水提液中总皂甙的测定，精密度试验RSD为1.47%，平均回收率为105.29%，RSD为2.24％，结果证明这种方法是可靠的。
