烤烟烟叶理化特性对烟气烟碱、CO、焦油量的影响

摘    要:对河南不同产地、津巴布韦和巴西的烤烟烟叶中的焦油、烟气烟碱、CO等有害成分的释放量进行了检测和分析,并对烟叶的填充力、静燃速率和化学成分中的还原糖、总氮、烟碱、K2O、Cl^-、SO4^2-及有机钾与烟气有害成分影响进行了相关性分析,结果表明,河南烤烟烟气有害成分含量高于漳巴布韦、巴西。烟气有害成分与烟叶的K2O、有机钾、还原糖/烟碱和K/C1、静燃速率呈显著负相关;与烟碱、Cl^-、SO4^2-呈显著正相关;烟气有害成分与还原糖与上部烟呈显著负相关,与中部烟和全部样品比较相关性不明显;烟叶填充力也呈类似结果;说明与烟叶燃烧性有关的因素对烟气中有害成分含量有明显影响。

Abstract:The tar,nicotine,carbon monoxide in flue cured tobacco leaves of Henan Province,Zimbabwe and Brazil was detected,and the correlation of filling power,static burning rate,reducing sugar,total nitrogen,nicotine,sulfate,organic potassium to the harmful component in the smoke were analyzed.The results showed that the content of harmful components in flue-cured tobacco smoke of Henan Province were higher than that of Zimbabwe and Brazil,especially in the leaves of the middle of Henan Province.In physical properties of tobacco leaves,the correlation of filling power to harmful component was not significant,But the correlation between static burning rate and harmful components was observed significantly.Harmful components were significantly negatively correlated with potassium oxide,organic potassium,ratio of reducing sugar to nicotine,and ratio of potassium to chlorine,while significantly positively correlated with nicotine,chlorine and sulfate.Factors related to combustibility had evident effects on harmful components amounts.
