| 摘 要： | 采用酶抑制分光光度法快速检测蔬菜中有机磷农药残留,以抑制率为指标,研究了抑制时间、抑制温度、底物(碘化硫代丁酰胆碱)加入量和酶液加入量4个因素对检测条件的影响,通过正交试验和极差分析,得出4因素的主次关系为抑制时间>底物量>酶液量>温度,确定了蔬菜中有机磷农药残留的最佳检测条件为抑制时间15min、抑制温度35℃、底物加入量100μL、酶液加入量100μL。
