微波辅助提取黑木耳多糖的研究

摘    要:研究利用微波辅助萃取技术提取黑木耳子实体中的黑木耳多糖的方法。以无菌过滤水为溶剂,以微波辐射处理为辅助条件,提取黑木耳子实体中的多糖,并与常规水提法(WE)、超临界萃取法(SFE)和超声波萃取法(USE)作了对比实验;考察了微波辐射功率,微波辐射时间,固液比,浸提时间和浸提级数这些因子对多糖得率的影响。确定的提取工艺条件为:微波功率为800W,微波辐射时间为40min,固液比(g:mL)为1∶32,水浴浸提时间为3h,提取级数为二级。

Abstract:A microwave-assisted extraction(MAE) method was studied for the extraction of polysaccharides from Auricularia auricula. Microwave-assisted extraction for polysaccharides from Auricularia auricula was done by using water as the solvent, and experimental factors, such as microwave power, irradiation time, ratio of solid to solvent (g/mL) and extraction time were investigated and compared with the other methods, such as supercritical fluid extraction (SFE), ultrasonic were: microwave power was 800W, microwave irradiation time was 40 min, solid to water ratio was 1:32, water extraction time was 3 h, and the extraction stages were 2. The MAE method is fast, efficient, energy-saving and highly-selective for extraction polysaccharides from Auricularia auricular and is recommendable to extracting other active compounds from mushroom.
