| 摘 要： | 茶叶的主要成分茶多酚具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗龋护齿、抑菌等多种保健和药理作用，可用于开发保健食品、抗心血管病和抗肿瘤药品、防紫外线化妆品、抗龋牙膏、天然食用色素和食品抗氧化剂以及环境净化剂等，具有广泛的应用前景。
