摘    要:介绍了固态发酵的技术、特点及其优越性 ,讨论如何对固态发酵的生物反应过程进行工艺条件控制。同时综述了国内外固态发酵设备的开发现状及最新研究动态 ,为开发研制新型固态发酵设备提供参考

Abstract:The technology characteristics and advantages of solid state fermentation were introduced in this paper,and the technical conditions control on bio reaction process of solid state fermentation were also discussed At the same time,present development situation and progress of solid state fermentation equipment at home and abroad were summarized,which offered very good reference value for researching and producing new solid state fermentation equipment
