壳聚糖/纳米TiO_2复合涂膜保鲜金秋梨的研究

摘    要:以壳聚糖为主要成膜材料,辅以月桂酸钠改性的纳米TiO2,制备了1种新型安全的涂膜剂壳聚糖/纳米TiO2复合涂膜,研究和比较了用壳聚糖单膜处理及壳聚糖/纳米TiO2复合涂膜处理对金秋梨采后生理及贮藏效果的影响。实验结果表明:当壳聚糖/纳米TiO2复合膜中壳聚糖质量分数为2%,纳米TiO2质量分数为0.03%时,壳聚糖复合膜处理果的总糖、总酸及Vc含量均明显高于壳聚糖单膜及空白对照处理果,呼吸强度显著降低,在贮藏后期,金秋梨失水率仅为4.9%,好果率达到了80.2%,说明壳聚糖/纳米TiO2复合涂膜可以显著降低金秋梨的采后呼吸作用,保持金秋梨营养成分,对金秋梨室温条件下保鲜起到了较好的作用。

Abstract:chitosan was chosen as the main film-forming material,supplemented with Sodium Laurate modified nano-TiO 2 to prepared a new type of safe,non-toxic film for the better storage of Jinqiu Pear.The effects of picked Jinqiu pear coated by chitosan or chitosan /nano-TiO 2 on physiology and storage were compared.The results showed that when the chitosan was of 2g,TiO 2 of 0.03,the total suger,total acid content and Vc were significantly higher than CTS and control.Respiration rate was lower than CTS and control;water loss was of only 4.9 %,fresh fruit was 81.2 %.It was known that chitosan/nano-TiO 2 film could significantly reduced Jinqiu pears pos-harvest respiration,and well kept nutrients of Jinqiu pears.
