摘    要:对啤酒中微量甲醛的HPLC分析方法进行了研究。甲醛与衍生剂衍生后不经过萃取可直接进行HPLC分析。该方法的线性关系良好,相关系数为0.995 8,精密度实验重现性较好,相对标准偏差3.6%,加标回收率平均为94.7%,以3倍噪音计算得到方法的检出限为0.015 mg/L。对衍生条件进行了实验,确定衍生时间为40 min,衍生温度为60℃。

Abstract:A high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of formaldehyde in beer was established in this paper.The formaldehyde-derivative could be injected into high performance liquid chromatography directly without extraction by organic solvents.The calibration curve for formaldehyde gave good linearity over a wide range of 2~40 mg/L(r= 0.995 8).The RSD of the results was 3.6%(n=6),and the average recovery rate was 94.7%.The results showed that this method is simple,rapid and accurate.
