强化碘食品中碘含量测定方法的研究

摘    要:对 2种不同原理测碘的比色法进行了探讨 ,对其在测定范围、测定时间和除溴方法等进行了改进 ,并应用于多种强化碘食品的测定。方法的最低检出量分别为 0 0 0 5mg/kg和0 0 5mg/kg ,相对标准偏差分别为 <3%和 <1% ,平均回收率分别为 (10 0 2± 1 7) %和(98 3± 1 7) % ,经比对实验数据统计分析 ,2方法无显著性差异 ,准确可靠

Abstract:Two colorimetric methods with different principles for iodine determination was studied The detection range, determination time and the method of debromine were improved Iodine in various kinds of fortified foods were determined by the suggested methods The lowest limits of determination were 0 005?mg/kg and 0 05mg/kg respectively The precision (RSD%) were <3% and <1% respectively And the average recoveries were (100 2±1 7)% and (98 3±1 7)% respectively The determination results of two methods showed satisfactory agreement with each other
