| 摘 要： | 选用不同的化学试剂对上部烟叶进行处理,考查其品质.结果表明:双氧水能使卷烟香气质改善,香气量增加,刺激性和杂气减轻;乙酸能使卷烟香气质改善,香气质增加,烟气浓度和劲头减小,刺激性和杂气减轻,余味变好;磷酸氢二钾能使卷烟燃烧性增强,烟灰变白紧卷;双氧水、乙酸、磷酸氢二钾混合添加处理,效果更好,烟叶主要化学成分也发生一定程度变化,水溶性总糖增加,总氮减少,烟碱减少,挥发酸增加,挥发碱减少. |

| Abstract: | The upper leaves of flue_cured tobacco was treated with different chemical reagents.The results showed that the smoke quality of aroma was improved, the volume of aroma was increased,biting taste and undesirable taste was reduced when treated with H_2O_2.The smoke quality of aroma was improved,the volume of aroma was increased,smoke thickness and strength were reduced,biting taste and undesirable taste were reduced,after tast was improved when treated with CH_3COOH.The combustibility was strong and the cigarette ash colour was white_treated with K_2HPO_4.The leaves were treated with mixture of H_2O_2 and ethanoic acid and dipotassium hydrogen phosphate.The effect was better.Chief chemical constitutions of leaves were changed.(The total) sugar and the volatile acid were increased.The total nitrogen,the nicotine and the volatile base were reduced. |
