对直进式拉丝机存在的定尺不准、模盒冷却水排泄不畅、钢丝爬罐不良、调节辊不耐磨等问题进行说明和分析,并提出解决办法。建议增加在线测径功能、加强钢丝冷却能力、配置多种收线工字轮等,为设备生产厂家提高产品质量提供新途径。

Suggestions to Improve Straight Line Wire Drawing Machine

To explain and analyze the problems existing in the straight line wire drawing machine such as inaccurate finalizing size,drainage of cooling water of die box being not smooth,bad climb of steel wire on drawing capstan,adjusting roller being not wearable,the settlement method is put forward.It is proposed to add on-line diameter measuring function,strengthen steel wire cooling,collocate multifold spools for take-up and so on,which offers new way for equipment producers to raise products quality.
