钢丝绳用复合材料绳芯

分析钢丝绳中纤维绳芯所起的作用及对钢丝绳性能的影响,介绍制造钢丝绳纤维绳芯的材料,包括各类可以捻制成绳的丝材和纺织纤维,指出Φ20mm以下钢丝绳可以使用软质纤维绳芯,Φ30～60mm钢丝绳可以使用硬质纤维绳芯,列举可以用于制造钢丝绳绳芯的材料及常见麻纤维的化学组成。提出复合材料绳芯的概念,从纺织复合材料的基体材料,复合材料绳芯用材料的性能要求,复合绳芯用材料的筛选及质量效果的评价几个方面介绍复合材料绳芯的研究状况,指出提高绳芯的综合性能是提高钢丝绳使用性能的有效途径之一。

Composite material rope core for steel wire rope

To analyze the function of fiber rope core in wire rope and the influence on wire rope properties. Materials including all kinds of wires and textile fiber which can he twisted into wire rope for producing wire rope fiber rope core are introduced. It is pointed out that steel wire rope less than diameter 20 mm can use soft fiber rope core, diameter from 30 to 60 mm can use hard fiber rope core. The chemical composition for making wire rope core material and common hemp fiber is enumerated. The concept of composite materials rope core is put forward. The research situation of composite material rope core is introduced form the following aspects as matrix material of textile composite material, properties requirement of material for composite material rope core, selection of material for composite rope core and evaluation of quality effects. It is pointed out that to raise the overall properties of rope core is one effective way of raising wire rope using properties.
