| 摘 要： | 以野生火棘果为原料,用酸性乙醇为提取剂直接从野生火棘果中提取天然红色素。探讨了料液比、提取时间、提取次数和提取温度等因素对火棘果红色素提取效果的影响,通过L9(34)正交实验确定了最佳工艺参数。结果显示,最佳提取条件为:料液比1∶9,提取时间40min,提取次数4次,提取温度40℃;提取率为93·5%,产率为20%。 |
