杜仲叶茶与蓝锭果提取物的体外抗氧化性研究

摘    要:本文通过对自由基清除、还原力以及抗油脂和抗脂质过氧化能力的测定,以清除率和抑制率为评价指标,探讨了不同浓度的杜仲叶茶和蓝锭果提取液体外抗氧化的效果,并以维生素C为对照实验进行比较,研究表明,杜仲叶茶和蓝锭果提取物均有一定的抗氧化作用。随着浓度的增加,DPPH?自由基、羟自由基及超氧自由基的清除率及抗脂质氧化抑制率均逐步提高。杜仲叶茶的还原能力明显优于蓝锭果提取物和维生素C。2种植物提取物及维生素C对ABTS+自由基的清除率普遍低于对其他自由基的清除作用,蓝锭果提取物在清除ABTS+自由基方面效果最优,当杜仲叶茶和蓝锭果提取物提取液浓度为0.2 mg/mL时,其抗油脂氧化能力均弱于维生素C。该研究可为杜仲和蓝锭果的功能性产品开发提供一定的指导思路。

Abstract:The scavenging effects and inhibition rate were used as evaluation indicators to discuss the antioxidant effects of different concentrations of extracts from Eucommia Ulmoides leaves tea and honeysuckle by the determination of free radical scavenging, reducing capability, and anti-oil and anti-lipid peroxidation capabilities. The effect is compared with vitamin C as a control experiment. The study shows that Eucommia Ulmoides leaves tea and honeysuckle extract have certain antioxidant capabilities. As the concentration increases, the scavenging rate of DPPH? free radicals, hydroxyl free radicals and superoxide free radicals and the inhibition rate of anti-lipid oxidation gradually increase. The reducing ability of Eucommia ulmoides leaf tea is significantly better than that of honeysuckle extract and vitamin C. The scavenging effects of two kinds of plant extracts and vitamin C on ABTS+ free radicals is generally lower compared to those of other free radicals. Honeysuckle extract has the best effect in scavenging ABTS+ free radicals. When the concentration of Eucommia Ulmoides leaves tea and honeysuckle extract reached 0.2 mg/mL, the anti-oxidation ability to oil was weaker than that of vitamin C. This research can provide certain guidelines for the development of functional products of Eucommia ulmoides and honeysuckle.
