进口俄罗斯食品中食源性微生物的检测分析

摘    要:目的了解进口俄罗斯食品中食源性微生物的污染状况。方法参照国家标准方法,对黑龙江省2个对俄口岸进口的6类、829批俄罗斯食品中的多种微生物进行了检测分析,包括菌落总数、大肠菌群、沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌、霉菌及嗜渗酵母。结果部分样品出现不同程度的微生物污染,其中夹心饼干、冰淇淋和糕点中的菌落总数、大肠菌群因季节原因超标率比较严重(P0.05),全部产品未检出沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和志贺氏菌,红茶粉中有1批出现霉菌超标,蜂蜜中有2批(总82批)出现嗜渗酵母超标,超标率为2.4%。结论大部分进口俄罗斯食品中的微生物含量符合我国的国家标准,部分存在微生物超标问题,建议设立专项监测计划,以保障食品的安全性。

Abstract:Objective To elucidate the contamination status of food-borne microorganisms in imported Russian food. Methods A total of 829 imported products from two of the Russian port in Heilongjiang province were detected and analyzed of food-borne microorganisms by the national standard method. Results We found different samples were contaminated by microorganisms at different level. The total number of bacteria and E. coli group in biscuit, ice cream and cakes exceeded the national standard (P<0.05).because of seasonality. All the samples did not detect Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus and shigella. But the mould in a batch of black tea powder exceeded the national standard and osmophilic yeast in two batches of honey were higher than the national standard 2.4%. Coclusion The content of food-borne microorganisms in most foods conforms to the food safety standard, some products can be polluted by food-borne microorganisms. Throughly setting up special monitoring plan need to be done to improve food safety.
