摘    要:目的 通过原国家食品药品监督管理总局发布的食品安全监督抽检通告, 分析我国食品安全总体情况, 发现其中存在的主要问题。方法 汇总2016~2017年国家食品安全监督抽检结果, 对不合格项目进行归类分析。结果 2016年1月~2017年12月, 原国家食品药品监督管理总局累计发布75期关于食品安全监督抽检通告, 共计38389批次样品, 合格率98.82%。抽检发现的主要问题包括质量指标不达标、微生物污染、违规使用食品添加剂、违规使用农药兽药、污染物问题、非食用物质和生物毒素的检出。合格率均相对较低的前5个食品大类为特殊膳食食品、淀粉及淀粉制品、食糖、水果制品和糕点。结论 2016~2017年的食品抽检合格率呈现稳中有升的趋势, 说明国家食品安全监督抽检计划的全面开展, 对保障我国食品安全具有重大意义。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the general situation of food safety in China and to find the main problems through the sampling inspection notices of the national food safety supervision and sampling inspection from former China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA). Methods The data from the national food safety supervision and sampling inspection in 2016-2017 were summarized. The unqualified items of the sampling inspection results were classified and analyzed. Results From January 2016 to December 2017, 75 period notices of the national food safety supervision and sampling inspection were published by CFDA and the results of 38389 batches of samples were announced, with the qualified rate of 98.82%. The main problems found were as follows: unqualified quality index, microbial contamination, misuse of food additives, misuse of pesticide and veterinary drug, contaminants, non-food substances and bio toxins. The top five food categories with low qualified rate were special dietary foods, starch and starch products, sugar, fruit products and pastries. Conclusion From 2016 to 2017, the qualified rate of food sampling inspection shows a steady trend of rising, indicating that the comprehensive implementation of the national food safety supervision inspection plan is of great significance to ensure food safety in China.
