| 摘 要： | 在适于液体培养的灵芝菌株中，经选择试验确定赤芝G22为液体发酵生产多糖的高产菌株。采用单因素和正交试验对赤芝G22菌株的液体发酵条件进行了选择优化。结果表明，实现多糖高产的最佳发酵工艺条件为：发酵温度27℃、摇床转速170r/min、培养基初始pH值6.0、发酵时间144h。采用此优化的工艺条件进行液体发酵，使灵芝多糖产量由1.823g/L提高到2.412g/L，提高了31.0%。
