一种车载重负荷作业机械的研究与设计

摘    要:随着社会的发展,越来越多的高空作业向机械化发展,特别是电力系统作业。这就需要一种重负荷作业平台来装载机械化工具,而目前的高空作业机械负荷一般在300kg以下,主要是载人工具。而在大型喷浆机器人的基础上改造而成的重负荷作业机械承载能力达2t以上,可以安装2台~3台带电作业机械手,并可以用作其他高空作业平台。该作业机械以汽车发动机为动力,全液压比例控制,具有手柄和无线摇控两种操作方式。可在城市或野外任何地方作业。

Abstract:More and more aerial working takes the way to automatic working with the development of society,especially in electric power domain.It needs a heavy load platform to bear the weight of automatic equipment.But now the loadability of the aerial work machines in use can not exceed 300 kg,which mainly work as tools to carry people.The heavy load work machine redesigned from the big shotcreting robot has the loadability over 2 tons.It can carry tow or three manipulators or work as platform for other works.All movements of the heavy load work machine are driven by hydraulic system gained power from auto engine.Which can be proportional controlled by hand lever or wireless remote manipulator.The heavy load work machine can work in city or anywhere outside city.
