| 摘 要： | 所设计的变工况机械密封实验台是一套模拟机械密封工作状况的实验设备,能够模拟密封各种正常工况及变工况工作情况。根据具体实验要求,变工况机械密封实验台测试系统具有测量温度、压力、位移、转矩、转速等工作参数的能力;其相应的软件系统应该具有一定的数据储存和处理能力,装置能够模拟机械密封变工况工作,通过实验装置实验的抗变机械密封成功应用于工业企业。

| Abstract: | The mechanical seal experimental unit of change-resisting work condition was a experimental equipment which can adjust temperature and pressure and operate in all kinds of work conditions.It can detect temperature,pressure,motion of mechanical face seal,torque and revolution.Its software system can store and operate data.And the unit to deal with the unstable mechanical seal in changing condition,the change-resisting mechanical seal is developed,which is applied to industry successfully. |
