| 摘 要： | 对数控车床自动上料过程进行设计,并进行仿真分析。机械手上料采用主轴孔的顶料过程,当一根料顶进主轴孔后,然后再用第二根料顶前一根料,采用后料顶前料的方法,降低了上料时间并提高生产效率。

| Abstract: | The automatic up-loading process for NC turning machine is designed in this paper.And the simulation analysis of the process is done.In the up-loading process using robot hand,a special method of pushing work-piece blank into spindle hole is adopted,in which the first work-piece blank is pushed into the spindle hole,and the second work-piece blank is used to push the first one respectively.This method can save time and improve productivity effiency for the up-loading and hence productivity increased. |
