摘    要:针对再生硒鼓生产中喷油(喷漆)工作劳动强度大、生产率低、质量不易保证,并且对人体有毒害作用等缺点,本文提出利用PLC控制系统对喷油过程进行自动控制,对控制系统进行了总体设计,同时采用步进电机驱动滚珠丝杠以及气缸驱动设计了喷油机械手的结构,并且确定了PLC的型号,定义了喷油轨迹.

Abstract:There are some shortcomings for painting in reproducing of toner cartridge such as big labour-intensive, low productivity, quality assurance difficult, and a poisoning effect on the human body. Automatic controlling painting process by using PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) is put forward. Overall design is conducted onto the control system, at the same time a stepper motor drive and the ball screw-driven are used, the structure painting manipulator has been designed, and the PLC model has been identified...
