PHYTO-PAM对浮游植物中叶绿素的分类测定

摘    要:为提高藻类生物监测的时效性,拟使用PHYTO—PAM叶绿素荧光仪对浮游植物中的叶绿素进行分类测定。本文通过PHYTO—PAM与传统方法的比较,说明前者可在短时间内对水样中的蓝藻、绿藻、硅藻/甲藻自动分类并快速测定水样叶绿素a浓度。在测定以蓝藻、绿藻、硅藻、甲藻为优势种的水样时,该法测定结果精密度和准确度较好,与分光光度法无显著性差异。

Abstract:To improve the timeliness of biological monitoring of algae, we intend to determine the chlorophyll and classify the phytoplankton in water samples using PHYTO-PAM chlorophyll fluorometer. In this paper, it shows that PHYTO-PAM can not only classify the algae in the water sample as blue algae, green algae and diatoms/dinoflagellate conveniently, but also determine its chlorophyll in a shorter time, in comparison with traditional methods. Also, we find out that the results of this method appear wonderful precision and accuracy on determining the water samples said above, and there is no remarkable difference with spectrophotometry.
