The purpose of this study is to develop an interactive and emotional robot that is designed with passive characteristics and a delicate interaction concept using the interaction response: 'Bruises and complexion color due to emotional stimuli'. In order to overcome the mismatch of cue realism issues that cause the Uncanny Valley, an emotional interaction robot, Mung, was developed with a simple design composed of a body and two eyes. Mung could recognize human emotions from human–robot or human–human verbal communications. The developed robot expresses its emotions according to its emotional state modeled by a mass-spring-damper system with an elastic-hysteresis spring. The robot displays a bruise when it is in a negative emotional state, the same as a human becomes bruised when being physically hurt, and the robot shows a natural complexion when its emotional wound is removed. The effectiveness of the emotional expression using color with the concepts of bruising and complexion colors is qualified, and the feasibility of the developed robot was tested in several exhibitions and field trials. 相似文献

Teams represent a dominant approach to getting work done in a business environment. Creativity enables teams to solve problems and leverage opportunities through the integration of divergent thoughts and perspectives. Prior research indicates that a collaborative culture, which affects how team members interact and work together, is a critical antecedent of team creativity. This study explores other antecedents of team creativity, namely, team emotional intelligence and team trust, and investigates the relationships among these precursors to creative effort. Using a survey of 82 student teams at a large university in the northeast United States, our findings suggest that team emotional intelligence promotes team trust. Trust, in turn, fosters a collaborative culture which enhances the creativity of the team. Cognitive trust also moderates the relationship between collaborative culture and team creativity. Implications of these results for managers and academics are discussed. 相似文献

针对可信计算组织TCG(Trusted Computing Group)的信任链无法保障软件运行时动态可信的问题,对该信任链进行扩充,引入对软件运行时动态可信性的检测,提出了可信引擎驱动的可信软件信任链模型,并在此基础上提出了一种可信软件设计方法及可信性评价策略.通过引入描述软件可信行为轨迹的可信视图,在可信软件检查点处植入检查点传感器,将软件可信性融入软件设计中.通过对软件的完整性度量以及运行过程中软件行为轨迹的监测,实现软件的可信性保障.实验分析表明:采用该方法设计的软件能够有效地检测软件异常,并且成功检测软件异常的能力明显优于基于TCG信任链的软件. 相似文献

This study developed an integrated model to explore the antecedents and consequences of online word-of-mouth in the context of music-related communication. Based on survey data from college students, online word-of-mouth was measured with two components: online opinion leadership and online opinion seeking. The results identified innovativeness, Internet usage, and Internet social connection as significant predictors of online word-of-mouth, and online forwarding and online chatting as behavioral consequences of online word-of-mouth. Contrary to the original hypothesis, music involvement was found not to be significantly related to online word-of-mouth. Theoretical implications of the findings and future research directions are discussed. 相似文献

In order to characterize and improve software architecture visualization practice, the paper derives and constructs a qualitative framework, with seven key areas and 31 features, for the assessment of software architecture visualization tools. The framework is derived by the application of the Goal Question Metric paradigm to information obtained from a literature survey and addresses a number of stakeholder issues. The evaluation is performed from multiple stakeholder perspectives and in various architectural contexts. Stakeholders can apply the framework to determine if a particular software architecture visualization tool is appropriate to a given task. The framework is applied in the evaluation of a collection of six software architecture visualization tools. The framework may also be used as a design template for a comprehensive software architecture visualization tool. 相似文献

In architecture and industrial design, the concept of style plays a major role in education as a way of establishing an understanding of visual design expression. In this article we claim that interaction design can benefit greatly from a similar application of style. It can provide designers with strong visions and a sense of direction in designing new interfaces. In particular, the focus is on solid user interface design (i.e., products with small displays and a limited number of keys) because of the tight coupling of interaction and industrial design. Style theory is explored and an experiment is reported that introduces interaction-style thinking in a user-centered design process in industry. Further, a discussion about parallels between our approach to interaction design and the dominant styles of the twentieth-century, Scandinavian design in particular, is provided. 相似文献

This article offers a perspective on interactive persuasive systems that emphasizes theories and concepts that can guide their design and evaluation. The goal is not to champion a theoretical model over others or to compare the effectiveness of different persuasive strategies but rather to depict the current conceptual landscape in this field and highlight emerging concepts and positions that have recently appeared in it.
