In this work, Nb-doped 0.75SrTiO3-0.25BiFeO3 (ST-BF) lead-free ceramics are designed and synthesized using a conventional solid-state reaction method. The influence of Nb doping on the microstructure, dielectric, and electrical properties are systematically investigated. With the increase of Nb concentration, the crystal structure of ST-BF remains pseudo-cubic as exhibited in the X-ray diffraction patterns. The grain size is found to increase from 0.33 to 6.23 μm, and then decrease to 1.88 μm by Nb doping, along with a clear heterogeneous core–shell microstructure. A relatively low dielectric loss (∼0.1, at 1 kHz) and a stable dielectric constant (∼700, at 1 kHz) are obtained for the 0.03 Nb-doped ST-BF composition at room temperature. Impedance spectroscopy analysis shows that Nb doping in ST-BF increases the total resistivity, forming an electrically conductive core and a nonconductive shell, with enhanced activation energy. The results may provide a feasible approach to develop novel ST-based lead-free dielectric ceramics for capacitor applications. 相似文献

Templated by TiO2 microspheres , litchi-like SrTiO3 crystals with a narrow size distribution and monodispersity were synthesized through the combination of regulating the ethylene glycol concentration during the hydrothermal process and the post heat treatment. The results show that when the volume ratio of water and ethylene glycol reached 10:70, microsized SrCO3 was firstly formed under the hydrothermal process, and then the litchi-like SrTiO3 powder was obtained after the postheat treatment at 700°C for 4 hours, which shows a large specific surface area of 37.41 m2/g. It is found that the concentration of ethylene glycol aqueous solution plays an important role on the morphology of the SrTiO3 crystals, and the slightly higher viscosity and proper amount of OH hydroxyl groups facilitate the formation of the micrometer spherical hierarchical surface. 相似文献

采用SrTiO3溶胶对MnZn铁氧体进行表面改性,得到MnZn铁氧体/SrTiO3复合粉体,以PTFE为基体,制备了的MnZn铁氧体/SrTiO3/PTFE复合材料。采用HP4292B和HP4294对复合材料电磁性能进行了表征。结果表明:复合材料在低频阶段具有较高磁导率和介电常数以及较低磁损耗和介电损耗,复合材料的介电频率响应符合德拜弛豫理论。 相似文献

The effect of Bi2O3-B2O3-SiO2-ZnO glass (denoted as BBSZ) content on the densification, microstructure, and electrical properties of ZnO-based multilayer varistors (MLVs) has been investigated. In ZnO-based (MLVs), BBSZ acted as a promoter in ZnO grain growth, which increased the grain size of ZnO, resulting in a decrease in breakdown voltage. Results showed that the adding of BBSZ glass had an improvement in densification and overall properties of MLVs. It was found that a maximum value of 5.45 g/cm3 of the bulk density and the optimum properties (V1mA = 27.28 V, α = 40.33, IL = 0.75 μA, Ip = 35 A) of ZnO-based MLVs were achieved with 3 wt% BBSZ glass sintered at 925°C for 3 hours. 相似文献

采用油酸辅助一步水热法,以廉价易得的锐钛矿型TiO2为钛源、Sr(OH)2?8H2O为锶源合成SrTiO3纳米颗粒,通过XRD, TEM和SEM研究了SrTiO3纳米颗粒的形貌,考察了反应时间、Sr/Ti摩尔比和油酸浓度对SrTiO3纳米颗粒性能的影响,以所制SrTiO3为催化剂降解亚甲基蓝考察其光催化性能。结果表明,钙钛矿型立方相SrTiO3纳米颗粒具有均匀的尺寸和规则的形貌。实验范围内,随反应时间和Sr/Ti摩尔比增加,SrTiO3纳米粒子的晶粒尺寸呈增加趋势;随油酸浓度增加,SrTiO3颗粒粒度呈下降趋势。添加油酸可调控制备出具有规则形貌的钙钛矿型立方相结构的SrTiO3纳米颗粒;Sr/Ti摩尔比为0.75时,产品纯度高、结晶度好。油酸、反应时间和Sr/Ti摩尔比对SrTiO3纳米粒子微观结构的影响可分别用颗粒间作用力、奥斯特瓦尔德熟化和晶体成核理论解释。 相似文献

BiFe1−xZnxO3 (x = 0, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2 mol%) (BFZO) films were prepared on ITO/glass substrates by a sol-gel method. The effects of different Zn contents on the structures and electrical properties of the BFZO films were investigated. From X-ray diffraction (XRD), microstructure and X-ray spectroscopy (XPS) results, the BFZO films with a Zn content of 1 mol% showed a better crystal structure and grain development, and the Fe2+ and oxygen vacancy concentrations in this sample were the lowest among all the evaluated BFZO films. The P-E hysteresis loop indicated that the BFZO films with 1 mol% Zn had the highest remanent polarization (2Pr), which was 82.4 μC/cm2, along with a coercive field (2Ec) of 887 kV/cm at the tested electric field of 857 kV/cm. The BFZO film with 1 mol% Zn had the lowest leakage current density, which was 3.54 × 10−7 A/cm2 at the tested electric field of 200 kV/cm. Both at high and low electric fields, the space charge-limited current (SCLC) conduction mechanism was the main leakage mechanism. When the test frequency was 105 Hz, the dielectric constant was 133, and the dissipation factor was 0.015. 相似文献

应用Sol-gel法成功合成了纳米SrTiO3粉体。酞酸丁酯和氯化锶为金属离子源,先驱体以甲醇为溶剂、柠檬酸为螯合剂、乙酰丙酮为稳定剂、聚乙二醇和聚乙烯醇为模板。干先驱体经700℃1h烧成后得到纯的SrTiO3粉体。研究了表面活性剂对粉体的粒子尺寸和形貌的影响。合成粉体的聚乙二醇诱导了均匀的较小的圆形粒子。聚乙烯醇则使合成粉体为较大尺寸的长板柱状的粒子。 相似文献
