采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对含外壁凹坑的压力管道受轴向弯矩时的极限载荷进行了研究,建立了压力管道有限元模型,检验了有限元模型的计算结果。研究结果给出了管道结构塑性区扩展过程,分析了凹坑几何尺寸对管道极限载荷值的影响规律,结果表明,有限元模型计算结果与实测值比较吻合。 相似文献

This research investigates the use of a meshless smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH) method for the prediction of failure in an adhesively bonded single lap joint. A number of issues concerning the SPH based finite element modelling of single lap joints are discussed. The predicted stresses of the SPH finite element model are compared with the results of a cohesive zone based finite element model. Crack initiation and crack propagation in the adhesive layer are also studied. The results show that the peel stresses predicted by the SPH finite element model are higher and the shear stresses are lower than those predicted by the cohesive zone finite element model. The crack initiation and propagation response of the two models is similar, however, the SPH finite element model predicted a lower failure load than the cohesive zone finite element model. It is concluded that the current implementation of SPH method is a promising method for modelling cohesive failure in bonded joins but requires further development to allow for interfacial crack growth and better stress prediction under tensile loading to compete with existing methods. 相似文献

A two‐dimensional finite element model is developed to simulate and analyze the mechanisms pertaining to resin flow, heat transfer, and consolidation of laminated composites during autoclave processing. The model, which incorporates some of the best features of models already in existence, is based on Darcy's law, the convection–diffusion heat equation, and appropriate constitutive relations. By using a weighted residual method, a two‐dimensional finite element formulation for the model is presented and a finite element code is developed. Numerical examples, including a comparison of the present numerical results with one‐dimensional and two‐dimensional analytical solutions, are given to indicate the accuracy the finite element formulation. Moreover, using the finite element code, the one‐dimensional cure process of a laminate made of 228 and 380 plies of AS4/3501‐6 unidirectional tape is simulated and numerical results are compared with available experimental results. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 在严寒地区冻融混凝土与钢筋局部粘结滑移模型的基础上,基于冻融混凝土内钢筋沿锚固长度的受力机理分析及迭代过程分析,建立了冻融混凝土内钢筋应力滑移计算方法,提出了冻融混凝土内钢筋的应力滑移关系骨架曲线。基于有限元计算软件OpenSEES,将推导的冻融混凝土内钢筋应力滑移关系曲线嵌套于零长度截面单元,并将该单元应用于梁柱纤维模型,对3根既有的冻融钢筋混凝土框架柱进行模拟,与试验结果进行对比分析。结果表明,冻融钢筋混凝土柱有限元模型的模拟结果与试验结果的符合程度良好,从构件层次验证了推导的冻融混凝土内钢筋应力滑移关系曲线具有较好的精度和可靠性。研究成果可为严寒地区冻融混凝土内钢筋应力滑移推导及有限元模拟提供理论参考。 相似文献

复合材料的桥联模型本构理论考虑了基体材料的非线性特性.本文根据联模型理论编制出用户自定义材料库程序,与有限元软件ABAQUS实现接口,以方便地分析计算复合材料层合板结构的非线性响应与极限强度问题.在限元计算中荷载采用逐步加载的方式施加,最终得到复合材料层合板极限坏时的内力包罗图和应力应变曲线.有限元模拟的结果与桥联模型解析解结果吻合得很好,并且与实验结果相一致. 相似文献

The stochastic fibrous network structure in papers, nonwovens, and fibrous tiles have been used and studied widely. The connections in stochastic fibrous networks not only transmit loads between fibers but are also crucial to the mechanical performance of the networks. In this study, a finite element model for three-dimensional (3D) stochastic fibrous networks is built and the connections are treated as equivalent beam elements. Subsequently, the in-plane shear performance of 3D stochastic fibrous networks is investigated. The stress–strain curve and failure analysis obtained from the finite element model agree with the experimental results, thus validating the finite element model. Our simulation suggests that the connections between fibers are crucial on the macromechanical performance of the networks, especially when the damage accumulation is dominated by connections. Flexible connections increase the energy absorption capacity of the material significantly. The diameter of the connecting beam not only affects the strength and modulus of the network, but also changes the elasto-plastic behavior of the network. 相似文献

通过对裂缝性地层井壁稳定开展研究,利用离散元模型与有限元模型对井壁井眼稳定进行分析,得出利用离散元方法是基于剪切破坏而没有考虑岩块松散(井眼扩大),虽然大多数情况下坍塌确实是有剪切破坏引起的,但是在高压差作用下,井眼扩大也会造成很严重的问题。而利用有限元模型研究裂缝性地层井壁失稳和井眼膨胀。但是因为假设条件的不同,计算误差也偏大。但如果能合理的选取适合的边界条件,还是能满足工程计算的需要。 相似文献

介绍了复合材料三种连接方式之一——胶接。对双面搭接接头进行了有限元建模,在不同的高温环境下进行拉伸试验,运用相关的失效准则,分析判断复合材料胶接接头的破坏形式,确定温度对破坏形式的影响。通过试验,验证了分析的正确性,对复合材料胶接接头的强度校核及设计改进有重要的指导作用。 相似文献
