本文研究了HPMBP与伯胺N_(1923)的二甲苯溶液,从盐酸介质中协同萃取希土(Ⅲ)的机理。用斜率法、恒摩尔法确定了协萃配合物的组成为:RNH_3Ln(PMBP)_4。求得关于Pr(Ⅲ)协萃反应的平衡常数及协萃配合物的生成常数分别为:logK_(12)=-1.95;logβ_(12)=3.94。实验发现,协萃系数(R)随希土元素的原子序数(Z)递变而呈现“双峰效应”。还研究了协萃配合物的IR,NMR谱。  相似文献

Glucose oxidase (EC 1.1.3.4) was immobilized on different polymeric materials using different immobilization techniques (entrapping by γ‐irradiation, and covalent binding using epichlorohydrin). Studies were carried out to increase the thermal stability of glucose oxidase (GOD) for different applications. The activity and stability of the resulting biopolymers have been compared with those of free GOD. The effect of different polyvinyl alcohol/polyacrylamide (PVA/PAAm) compositions of the copolymer carrier on the enzymatic activity of the immobilized GOD was studied. The maximum enzymatic activity was obtained with the composition ratio of PVA/PAAm of 60:40. The behaviour of the free and immobilized enzyme was analysed as a function of pH. A broadening in the pH profile (5.5–8) was observed for immobilized preparations. The activity and stability of the resulting biopolymers produced by immobilization of GOD onto different carriers have been compared, in both aqueous and organic media, with those of the free GOD. The enzyme's tolerance toward both heat and organic solvent was enhanced by immobilization onto polymers. The addition of different concentrations of organic solvents (10–50%, v/v) to the enzyme at higher temperature (60 °C) was found to stabilize the enzyme molecule. The strongest stabilizing effect on the enzymatic activity was achieved at a concentration of 10%. Copyright © 2005 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

α,β‐Unsaturated nitriles have been synthesized by Knoevenagel condensation of a carbonylic compound with malononitrile, assisted by sonochemical irradiation. Two alkaline‐promoted clays (Li+‐ and Cs+‐exchanged saponites) have been employed as catalysts. The influence of the carbonylic compound (benzaldehyde or cyclohexanone) and the use of a solvent on the catalytic activity have been studied. Remarkable increase in the conversion values has been found when the reaction is activated by ultrasound, as compared with the thermal activation. In this green, solvent‐free procedure, α,β‐unsaturated nitriles have been produced in very high yields (97%) when the Cs+‐saponite is used as catalyst. Among the factors which influence accumulation of bone mass, genetic factors related to race and family are preponderant: they account for approximately 80% of the variance observed in adulthood. At puberty, nutritional factors and physical activity modulate the accumulation of bone and determine whether or not optimal bone mass is achieved. In women, estrogen deprivation following menopause, and also more minor disorders of gonad function, are the main causes of decreased bone mass; their respective contributions are analyzed.  相似文献

The involvement of the intermediate area and B?tzinger complex (BOT) of the rostral ventral respiratory group (r-VRG) in laryngeal control and generation of the expiration reflex were studied in anaesthetized non-paralyzed cats Focal cooling (to 20 degrees C) of the nucleus paraambigualis (NPA) caused changes in the frequency and timing of breathing with the concomitant rise in laryngeal resistance. Cooling of the nucleus ambiguus resulted in a consistent drop in laryngeal resistance. Alterations in timing and intensity of breathing but no changes in laryngeal patency were found during cooling of the BOT. The expiration reflex was inhibited by cooling of either the NPA or BOT. The role of these medullary regions in the control of laryngeal patency and central integration of the expiration reflex is discussed.  相似文献

A simple method was developed for the determination of dietary fiber in multicomponent foods. The method involves dispersing the sample into pH 7.4 phosphate buffer and adding bile and pancreatic enzyme as described. Results were comparable to AOAC methods with correlation coefficients of 86% for multicomponent dinners and 89% for breakfast foods. Coefficients of variation ranged from 7.4 to 20.0% for multicomponent foods and 1.0 to 3.6% for single component foods. In addition, blind duplicate samples had a correlation of 0.99. The described method required less time, labor, and manipulation than AOAC methods.  相似文献
