陇上天路

如果说青藏铁路是一条“雪域天路”，那么宝鸡至天水高速公路就是一条“陇上天路”。宝鸡至天水是从关中平原到西北黄土高原的跨越地段，垂直跨度大，山连山，岭连岭，几乎看不到任何平原地段。作为2005年西部新开工的十大工程和交通部十二项示范工程之一，这条全长91公里的高速公路还要穿过甘肃屈指可数的林带，跨越黄河、长江两大流域，穿越甘肃最大的天然林保护基地--小陇山林业自然保护区、麦草沟自然保护区和麦积山国家森林公园。     

Do We Stand on Common Ground? A Threat Appraisal Model for Terror Alerts Issued by the Department of Homeland Security

The fabric and faces of threat, and the expediency and efficiency in the communication of threat, are examined with a threat appraisal model. This model is empirically tested on an ongoing communication challenge, the issuance of terror alerts by the United States' Department of Homeland Security (DHS), focusing on how threat is appraised by both the conservative and liberal audiences. Findings showed a shared view by the DHS and conservative audiences on the levels and nature of threats; liberal audiences thought otherwise. Though there appeared to be a consensus between the conservative and liberal audiences on the efficacy of threat communication, more internal consistency within DHS is needed to optimise its effectiveness.

Using thermally stimulated currents to find defective capacitors

BaTiO₃ multilayer capacitors with a nominal capacitance of 3.5nF have been carefully measured using the thermally stimulated current (TSC) technique. When a 300V polarization voltage is applied at room temperature, a new TSC peak appeared in defective sample A after it has been immersed in water. No new peak was found in good-quality sample B after a similar treatment. The accelerated life test shows that sample A hasa much shorter life than sample B in terms of insulation resistance.     

Emulsifying Capacity and Emulsion Stability of Soy Proteins Compared with Corn Germ Protein Flour

Both emulsifying capacity (EC) and emulsion stability (ES) increased with increasing concentrations from 0.4% to 0.8% of soy flour (SF), soy concentrate (SC), soy isolate (SI) and corn germ protein flour (CGPF) when studied by response surface methodology. EC and ES increased as pH increased from 6 to 8 in all samples. Increasing incubation temperatures of protein solutions from 20–70°C or from 4–20°C did not affect EC or ES, respectively. SF had the highest EC, followd by SI, SC, and CGPF.

纸张用有机硅抗水剂的制备

采用氨基硅油、十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷、甲基三乙氧基硅烷配成11种抗水剂,用于纸张的抗水处理.通过渗透法和接触角法测试发现,有机硅抗水剂对实验选择的9种纸张均有明显的抗水效果;其中采用氨基硅油配制的抗水剂效果最好,经其处理的生宣纸与空白样相比,接触角由完全润湿提高到125°,渗透时间由0提高到18 s.最佳应用工艺为:将氨基硅油配制成质量分数为2.041%的甲苯溶液,按照10g/m2的涂布量喷涂于纸张表面,自然晾干3～5天至恒定质量.

油脂己烷浸出工程经过几十年的发展，在工艺、设备、自控、节能、环保等方面都已趋于完善。装置的规模日趋大型化。车间内的工段组合更加科学、合理与多样化，浅料层浸出器，形式多样化的湿粕脱溶系统，湿粕挤压机，废水零排放系统，不同理念的负压蒸发及余热回收系统，蒸汽冷凝水的再利用，简洁实用的全电脑操作系统，分步萃取，混合油过滤，浸出车间内的混合油碱炼、水化脱胶、磷脂干燥等使得当今的油脂浸出向大型化、集约化、自动化、节能环保的方向发展，为客户提供了越来越多的选择。
